For a family that wants the best accommodations and a travel agent to handle the details, so they can simply go on vacation and relax, this site offers the types of services you may be looking for. Some of the vacation services available are personal guided tours, pre-arranged activities, family concierge service and pre-arranged hired cars.
  7. TheFamilyTravelFiles.com What sets this website apart are its detailed articles about its different family vacation ideas. The articles can be found by searching destinations, activities or by age group, which it calls ‘Travel Phase’. Obviously a family vacation with preschoolers and a family vacation with teenagers, requires totally different types of activities, and this site has taken that into consideration.

  10. TripAdvisor.com This internet service for travelers can be almost overwhelming with the amount of information it gives you, but that isn’t a bad thing. It provides lots of suggestions on what to do and what to see in different locations in the US and abroad. Select a destination and the sites provides you with posting from other travelers, expected average temperatures for the next six months and plenty of traveler’s recommendations on lodging, attractions, dining and transportation.
